  1. Thanks for your fantastic insights on Prosecco and the wines of Campania. I’m still trying to understand the complexities of Italy’s indigenous whites. I’ve tried many examples of Greco di Tufo, Fiano di Avellino and Falanghina, but Fenile, Ginestra and Ripoli are grapes I have never heard of. Fermented and aged in barrique definitely stirs up my ” I’ve got to find a few of these wines and try them”. Thanks again for sharing the knowlege.

    PS Every home fridge shoud be stocked with a couple of bottles of Prosecco. When company arrives unexpected or not a glass of Prosecco always sets a good tone.
