Thanks for the insight. I think most people are surprised when they learn that Greco ages so well. To me, I think it&#039;s a question of balance, which is a quality any wine - white or red - must have if it is to age successfully.

I was lucky enough to drink Greco and Fiano that were over twenty years old. They ranged in age from 1979-1984. I found that in most cases the Greco held up better than the Fiano.There were over two cases and they were all Mastroderardino.The 1983  Greco I opened in 2005 was  fresh and alive, it was a great wine.]]></description>
