		<description><![CDATA[Gini and Pieropan are the two most famous producers for me when I think of older bottlings of Soave, but the truth is that a well made Soave from many estates can age for 7-10 years in a notable vintage and when everything is right, two decades or longer is not out of the question. Soave ages beautifully.]]></description>
