		<description><![CDATA[Tom: a nice post about a really fine man and fine winemaker.  It&#039;s good to see Pietro is starting to get the recognition he deserves.  In as traditional a land as the Langhe, it must have been as much a burden as it was a distinction to be the son of Renato Ratti, and Pietro has always worn the mantle with dignity while carving out his own path -- no small accomplishment, either of them.]]></description>
