		<description><![CDATA[Thanks for your fantastic insights on Prosecco and the wines of Campania.  I&#039;m still trying to understand the complexities of Italy&#039;s indigenous whites.  I&#039;ve tried many examples of Greco di Tufo, Fiano di Avellino and Falanghina, but Fenile, Ginestra and Ripoli are grapes I have never heard of.  Fermented and aged in barrique definitely stirs up my &quot; I&#039;ve got to find a few of these wines and try them&quot;.  Thanks again for sharing the knowlege.

PS  Every home fridge shoud be stocked with a couple of bottles of Prosecco.  When company arrives unexpected or not a glass of Prosecco  always sets a good tone.]]></description>
